Wild Carrot
  Lomatium dissectum

* One of largest Lomatiums in Wasatch Mountains.

* Native Americans ate the roots and used the plant medicinally.

* Member of carrot family; leaves look and smell like carrot leaves. Do not eat since there are relatives that are poisonous look-alikes.

* Deer relish the flowers.

* Common on foothills and in open areas, dry or moist.
